On the day of arrival, your room will be ready for you after 3 p.m.

 

DEPARTURE

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 10 a.m.

 

DEPOSIT

At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation via credit card or bank transfer. Your reservation is confirmed as soon as we have received the deposit specified in the offer.

You will find information on what happens to your deposit if you are unable to make your trip under our “cancellation policy”.

 

PRICE INFORMATION

The prices quoted on this website are per person per night, including breakfast.

 

LOCAL TAX 2026

Starting from 1 January 2026, the local tax of Euro 2.70 per night and person over 14 years is charged separately on site.

It is not included in the prices quoted.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.

- For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged. The deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation.

- For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.

- For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.

- For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.

- In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the amount paid for the missing days.
